SSUNAA National Vice President: Cassundra Huntley

huntleyCassundra Huntley is a Diamond Life member of the Savannah State University National Alumni Association and a member of the SSUNAA Jefferson County Chapter where she served as the chapter’s Events Coordinator. She received her Bachelors degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Savannah State, becoming a third generation alumnae. As a student, she was a member of Savannah State’s NCAA tennis team, winning the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference tennis doubles championship in 1991 and was Miss Zeta Phi Beta Sorority in 1991.

She is currently employed by SAFEBuilt, Inc. as the Code Compliance Manager and is currently the only African-American woman in management.

She is an active member of World Changers Church International, and a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and writing. She is the mother of one daughter, Morgan, who is a student at Southern Polytechnic State University and a member of the the United States Air Force Reserve.
