SAVANNAH, Ga. — When the Fall 2019-2020 academic year kicked off, four undergraduate students benefited from a significant boost to fund their education at Savannah State University provided by the SSUNAA Class of 1976 Chapter. They were recognized by the SSU Foundation in a ceremony on Saturday, August 24, 2019.

SSUNAA EASC Sponsors Day Trip for SSU game against Bethune-Cookman

ATLANTA – The Savannah State University National Alumni Association East Atlanta Suburban Chapter will sponsor a day trip to Savannah for the Savannah State home football game against the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats on Saturday, September 29. Tickets are $80 per person and includes bus transportation and one game ticket.

SSU Tigers among the huge wreath laying crowds at Arlington

ARLINGTON, Va. — For a second year, volunteers from the Savannah State University National Alumni Association Washington DC Chapter were among the more than 75,000 volunteers who braved the cold weather conditions and heavy traffic to lay more than 245,000 wreaths during the Wreaths Across America Day at Arlington National Cemetery this past Saturday.
