ATLANTA — Registration is now available for the 2017 Savannah State University National Alumni Association Southern Region Conference, which will be held March 24-25, at the Atlanta Airport Marriott in Atlanta. This two-day conference was created to enhance professional and personal development and provide opportunities to build leadership skills to build chapters and communities.
Early registration for the conference is $65, if postmarked or paid online before March 14. The regular registration rate is $80 if paid after March 13. Online registration is available at src.ssunaa.org. Onsite registration will not be available.
The theme for this year, “One Goal, One Spirit”, supports the design of the conference to guide and equip the members of the SSUNAA with the resources to thrive during an ever evolving and volatile economy and environment. The conference program is designed to deliver the most up-to-date information for alumni and provide an opportunity for the exchange of ideas of best practices. On Friday, March 24, Dr. Cheryl Davenport-Dozier, the President of Savannah State University, will conduct a practical chat on the state of Savannah State University. On Saturday, March 25, the Southern Region Luncheon will be provided to all registered attendees.
